For more than 27 years, the Makris family, Deno, Laurie, Kosta & Stefan have been dedicated to helping East Bay homeowner associations thrive. What began as a small, family‑run enterprise after seeing a hole in the market where small & medium sized communities were getting overlooked and left with insufficient service by larger Management companies. We believe that volunteer board members are the heart of every community and deserve a management team that shares their commitment and detailed oriented communication.
